We start with a check-in to see your needs and wishes for the day. I adapt each session to your energy and your current life circumstances.
Throughout the session I guide you with my voice and give you hands-on assists. I also teach you techniques so that your practice becomes safe & sustainable.

I am a +600 hours certified Yoga teacher. All my trainings are accredited by Yoga Alliance. I offer Hatha & Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre & Postnatal and trauma-informed Yoga sessions. I have also completed a 100 hours Sound training.
