As a holistic stress coach and coach for HSP, I help you understand and improve your relationship to stress and overwhelm. Not always can we change the circumstances, but we can change how to react to stressors and start to understand our nervous system better.
My holistic approach combines mindfulness, breathing techniques, emotional, somatic and reconnection work, tailored to you individually and sets you and your nervous system up for a more stress-resilient future.
